鉅亨台北資料中心

宜進實業股份有限公司（公司代號：1457）現金減資換發股票停止股東名簿記載之變更（即暫停股票過戶）、舊股票停止上市買賣暨新股票開始換發及上市買賣日期。

一、停止股東名簿記載變更之事由：現金減資換發股票。

二、停止股東名簿記載變更起迄日期：106 年 3 月 14 日起至 106 年 3 月 23 日止。

三、本次換發內容：本次現金減資退還股款計新台幣 335,164,040 元，銷除已發行股份 33,516,404 股，減資後實收資本額為新台幣 3,016,476,400 元、301,647,640 股，按減資換股基準日股東名簿記載之股東持有股份比例每壹仟股減少 100 股 (即每股退還股款 1 元) 及每壹仟股換發新股票 900 股。

四、舊股票停止在市場買賣日期：自 106 年 3 月 10 日起至 106 年 3 月 23 日止。

五、減資換發股票基準日：106 年 3 月 18 日。(自 106 年 3 月 24 日起開始受理換發股票，採無實體發行)

六、新股票上市開始買賣暨舊股票終止上市日期：106 年 3 月 24 日。

七、減資換發股票公告業於 106 年 2 月 15 日依公司法第 252 條、273 條暨有價證券交付或發放之相關資訊公告於公開資訊觀測站。

八、本次換發之新股其權利義務均相同。

美國科技新聞網站《The Verge》報導，有鑑於不少樂高玩家會在網路上分享他們的「作品」，因此丹麥玩具業者樂高(Lego)推出一個專門給13歲以下孩童使用的安全社群網路「Lego Life」。

其實，就像Instagram一樣，用戶可以將自己完成的樂高作品拍照上傳分享，也可以瀏覽其他玩家的作品，並留言、按讚。特別的是，「Lego Life」主打安全、注重隱私，在用戶個人檔案中是以自製的樂高頭像取代真實照片，並且禁止發布任何個人資料，就連帳號都是隨機命名的單詞。

此外，用戶欲上傳的照片以及評論等都會經過官方自動過濾，且無法適用文字評論，僅可以透過樂高表情符號，以及貼紙、預載回覆內容來留言。

整體來說，是個受到嚴格管制的社群平台，用戶可以安心地使用，不必擔心有個資外洩的問題。Lego Life負責人Rob Lowe表示，Lego Life建立了一個可放大建置喜悅與自豪的平台，讓孩子們能在安全的數位環境裡嬉戲，同時釋放孩子們的創意。

目前Lego Life已經在美國、英國、加拿大、法國、德國、丹麥、奧地利與瑞士等地區的Google Play及App Store上架，台灣樂高玩家可要再耐心等等。
